Honest comparisons

Every page in this section tells you the truth: what the other platform is genuinely good at, what it costs, and where Zivvy fits. Most of them run schools. Zivvy finds the money hiding inside schools. Different jobs — which is why almost every page ends the same way: keep what works, add what's missing.

How to read these pages

the rules we wrote these by

Comparison pages are usually a rigged game — the house always wins every row. These aren't that. Three rules govern every page here. One: yes means yes, no means no, and nobody wins a row they don't earn. Two: every claim about a competitor cites their own website, dated. Three: if we couldn't verify something, the row says so instead of quietly scoring it against them. Most of these platforms are good at their job. Their job just isn't ours.

If a comparison page never credits the competitor, it isn't a comparison. It's an ad.

The one distinction that matters

management software runs the school. Zivvy finds what it's hiding.

Billing, attendance, bookings, belt tracking, websites — that's management software, and the category is genuinely competitive: Gymdesk, Kicksite, MyStudio, Zen Planner, Spark and RhinoFit all fight for that job. Zivvy doesn't. Zivvy is the growth platform for martial arts schools — it connects alongside whatever runs your day and finds the hidden profit: failed payments nobody chased, students drifting toward the door, leads that never got a second call. We integrate with any provider that allows two-way Zapier integrations. That's why "switch to Zivvy" is almost never our conclusion. "Add Zivvy" is.

You don't have a software decision. You have a money decision.

The two reasons you're here

first, an honest question

Owners land on comparison pages for two very different reasons. The first is the software — a feature is missing, the fit is wrong, support went quiet. If that's you, the pages above will point you to the right machinery, including when the right answer isn't us. The second reason is the money — the software works fine and the bank account still doesn't match the effort. That one isn't solved by switching anything. It's solved by finding what's hiding: the failed payments, the quiet quitters, the leads that went cold. That's the entire job Zivvy was built for.

If the software is the problem, switch software. If the money is the problem, you don't have to switch anything.

Asked and answered

the questions owners actually ask.

Why do your comparison pages keep telling me to keep the competitor?

Because it's usually the right answer. Management software and Zivvy do different jobs. If your billing and attendance run fine, replacing them buys you nothing — finding the money they're quietly leaking buys you plenty.

Is Zivvy management software?

No. Zivvy doesn't take attendance, run billing, or host your website. It's the growth platform for martial arts schools — it connects to what you already run and finds the hidden profit inside it.

How does Zivvy connect to my current platform?

We integrate with any provider that allows two-way Zapier integrations. Each comparison page states plainly whether that provider qualifies, with a citation.

What does Zivvy cost?

$397, $597, or $897 per month — REVEAL, RECOVER, and RUN. The difference is how much of the recovery work Zivvy's team does for you. Full detail is on the pricing page.
