No. Zivvy works alongside what you're running — Kicksite, Gymdesk, Zen Planner, Spark, MyStudio, and more stay exactly where they are. Zivvy doesn't replace your system of record. It collects what your system of record misses.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contracts. Cancel from your account settings, not from a phone call.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It leaves with you. Every list, every note, every number — exportable, always. Your data is yours. Your school is yours. We just carry the keys.
How does the $1 trial work?
Your 14 days run on Recover — Gold Book included, one dollar up front. Keep it, step down to Reveal, or step up to Run when the trial ends. Most schools find more than the subscription costs before the trial does — that's the point of starting in the Vault.
What's the VIP rate?
Onboard the same day you say yes and the VIP price — $297, $497, or $797 depending on tier — is yours for the life of the plan. It's a reward for moving fast, not a countdown timer.
Does Zivvy process my payments?
You keep your payment processor. Zivvy watches the billing your processor already runs — and catches what it drops.
Does the price depend on how many students I have?
No. One flat rate per school, whether you train 60 students or 600. The systems you're used to charge more as you grow — we think that's backwards. Your price changes only when you change tiers.
What if I run more than one location?
Each location runs as its own house — its own rooms, its own numbers, its own subscription. Your second location and beyond pay the VIP numbers ($297, $497, or $797 by tier), no same-day condition attached. Five or more locations is a franchise conversation — book a walkthrough.
