Staff login
For school owners, instructors, and front-desk staff. Sign in at studio.zenplanner.com. "Studio login" and "staff login" are the same thing — both go through the same address.
Member login
Members sign in through your gym's own Zen Planner address — it looks like yourgymname.zenplanner.com. Don't know yours? Ask your gym's front desk, or check your welcome email. There is no member login at zenplanner.com.

"I'm a member and zenplanner.com won't let me log in." That's by design — members can't log in through Zen Planner's homepage. Your gym has its own login address (a subdomain like yourgym.zenplanner.com). Only your gym's owner or manager can give you your login credentials, so if you never received them, contact your gym directly — not Zen Planner.
"Which app do I download — there are two?" The white icon is the Member App, for students and parents. The black icon is the Staff App, for owners and instructors. Downloading the wrong one is the single most common Zen Planner app mix-up.
"I'm staff and I forgot which login to use." Staff and studio logins go through studio.zenplanner.com — bookmark the staff login link at the top of this page. Admins using the newer Admin App sign in at admin.zenplanner.com.
"I need help from Zen Planner support." Zen Planner's help center and community login runs on a separate Daxko site (a Salesforce domain), not on zenplanner.com. If a support link takes you to daxkoneworg.my.site.com, that's normal — Zen Planner has been owned by Daxko since 2017.
"My login worked yesterday and doesn't today." Check with your gym first — if the gym's account status changed, member logins stop working. Staff should confirm the school's subscription is active before assuming a password problem.

Where is the Zen Planner staff login?
Staff log in at studio.zenplanner.com — use the direct link at the top of this page. There's a "Staff Login" link in the navigation of zenplanner.com as well.
Where is the Zen Planner studio login?
"Studio login" and "staff login" are the same thing — both go through studio.zenplanner.com.
Why can't I log in at zenplanner.com?
Member logins only work on your gym's own subdomain (like yourgym.zenplanner.com). Zen Planner's homepage has no member login.
How do I get my Zen Planner member login credentials?
Only your gym's owner or manager can provide them. Zen Planner support cannot create member credentials for you.
Is there one Zen Planner app or two?
Two. The white app is for members; the black app is for staff. Make sure you download the right one.
