Looking for the Kicksite login page? You're not alone — kicksite.com has no login link anywhere on its site, so every Kicksite user has to search or memorize a different domain. Here is every official way in.

Admin & staff login
Owners, managers, and employees sign in at kicksite.net. One warning straight from Kicksite: do not share your admin username. If more than one person runs your school, create a separate employee account for each (Kicksite knowledge base).
Student login
Students use the same kicksite.net sign-in, or your school's own address if your instructor gave you one. Your username comes from your school — Kicksite support cannot look it up without knowing which school you belong to.
Your school's login URL
Every school also has its own sign-in at yourschoolname.kicksite.net, where "yourschoolname" is the school's unique subdomain. Both routes reach the same account.
Member Portal app
There is no Kicksite app in the App Store or Play Store. The Member Portal is a web app you install from your browser: in Chrome tap the three-dot menu → Add to Home Screen; in Safari tap Share → Add to Home Screen (install guide).

"I forgot my username." Depends on your role. Admins: contact your sales agent or [email protected]. Employees and students: ask your head instructor or school administrator — Kicksite support cannot find your username or reset your password without knowing your school.
"I forgot my password." If you're sure the username is right, use the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page. A reset email goes to the address on your account.
"Why can't I find the Kicksite app in the App Store?" There isn't one. The Member Portal is a progressive web app — you install it from the browser to your home screen or dock. Firefox on desktop doesn't support installing it.
"Why is there no login button on kicksite.com?" The marketing site and the app live on different domains. Logins happen on kicksite.net — bookmark it, or bookmark this page.
"My school gave me a different web address." That's your school's subdomain — yourschoolname.kicksite.net. It reaches the same account as kicksite.net.

Kicksite holds a 4.8 rating on Capterra and owners mostly like it. But the same three wishes come up, in their words — from public reviews:
1. Freeze a membership without breaking billing. "When I freeze a student, I have to delete their billing and then re-do it" — and freezing an entire family isn't possible (Capterra reviews). 2. Let members fix their own failed payments. "Clients can't update their own credit card" (Capterra) — so every expired card becomes a front-desk conversation, and some never happen. Unworked failed payments are the most common hidden profit we find.
3. Let new students join online. "I wish people could join online as a recurring billing member" (Capterra). Leads that can't enroll at 9pm enroll nowhere — The Front Door exists for that gap.

All Kicksite logins happen at kicksite.net — admins, staff, and students use the same sign-in. There is no login link on kicksite.com.
Where is the Kicksite student login?
Students sign in at kicksite.net or at their school's own subdomain (yourschoolname.kicksite.net). Your school provides your username.
Where is the Kicksite admin login?
Same place — kicksite.net. Kicksite recommends admins never share their credentials; each staff member should have their own employee account.
Is there a Kicksite app?

What is my school's Kicksite URL?
